How far in advance do you need the footage?

At least 2 weeks before your deadline — that's what it takes to really shape the footage into the special film you're picturing for the person you love and want to celebrate. Rush requests are available for an extra fee if you're tight on time.

What if some people can't record a video message?

Photos work really well too — every package includes a set number of them alongside video messages. They take a bit more work on my end since I animate the stills to bring them to life, but that's exactly what makes them poignant and effective — because they're real, they're memories.

Can you edit in other languages?

I speak English, Italian, French and Spanish myself. For anything outside that, I can usually still make it work — get a translation, check it with whoever sent the clip, then edit from there. Get in touch and we'll figure it out.

Is this made with a template or AI tool?

No. Every film is edited by me, personally — not a template, not an automated tool. The pacing, the music choices, which moment gets held a beat longer — that's a human reacting to other humans, not software following rules. A gift like this needs someone who feels it too.

Do I need professional-quality footage, or to be good at filming?

No — a little effort helps, but it's not what matters most. What actually makes these films work is what's being said and how much it's meant — love, respect, laughter, whatever it is. You don't need filming skills. Just look at the camera and mean it.
